 About Whitehead Oil Company Whitehead Oil Company has become the leading marketer of retail petroleum products in the Lincoln market, by creating a diversified approach to gasoline retailing. While we started in the full service station business in 1959, we have remained aggressive with industry trends. Whitehead Oil Company was one of the first in the country to establish automated pay at the island technology in the mid 80's. We have developed the highest volume Convenience store in the Lincoln Market, and have generally stayed on the leading edge of petroleum marketing in Lincoln.
 We currently supply or operate a total of 34 retail locations in and around the Lincoln market. They consist of a balance between full service dealer locations and the more popular trend of a high image convenience store operations, most of which are operated under the U-Stop Convenience Shop flag and feature the Phillips 66 petroleum products and image. The Company's mission has been and will be to continue as the best retail supplier of petroleum products in the Lincoln area. Offers You The following key elements are for eligible employees: Health and Dental: Providing adequate, cost-effective medical and dental insurance protection is a concern of Whitehead Oil Company. The plans selected are designed in an attempt to meet the employees' needs, yet be financially in reach of the employee as subsidized by the Company. Profit Sharing: Whitehead Oil Company provides a Profit Sharing Plan for the benefit of eligible employees which enables employees to share in the Company's profits and set aside savings in a tax advantageous way. Paid Time Off: Part Time and Full Time employees that have completed six months of employment with Whitehead Oil are eligible for Paid Time Off, (a combined accrual bank of paid vacation and sick time). Each employee is eligible to accrue these paid benefit hours, banking a portion to one's Paid Time Off account and the other portion to one's Short Term Disability account.
Holidays: Whitehead Oil recognizes the importance and value of holidays. It is the Company's policy to pay ½ hour pay for each hour worked to employees who are regularly scheduled to work shifts that occur on the Company's recognized holidays.
Dealerships Dealerships are available to someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. This opportunity is for someone who is interested in managing and marketing his or her own service station. You keep your own books, manage your own personnel, establish your own operational policies and keep your earned profits. Whitehead Oil Company acts as a consignor for supplies (filters, oil) and fuel sales. Whitehead Oil Company leases the building, bays and equipment.
