The three positions include:

Claim Representative Trainee - When a policyholder experiences a loss, a claim representative becomes involved. Men and women in these jobs investigate losses to buildings, vehicles, personal belongings, and injuries to people. They then analyze and evaluate the damages resulting from thes losses. New claim representatives must pass a training school at Corporate Headquarters during their first year on the job. Training continues through additional seminars, schools, and on-the-job training.
