Compensation
Quest Diagnostics' compensation programs are extremely competitive, and when the company meets
it business goals, everyone shares in the rewards through the company Goalsharing program.
The combination of salary and variable pay - Goalsharing - can generate compensation at the top
of the market. Because customers need service 24 hours a day, if you regularly work
non-traditional hours (weekends and/or evenings) you can earn additional income.

Retirement

Time Off With Pay
Quest Diagnostics provides full and part-time regular employees with annual paid time off based upon length of service. In the first calendar year of employment, full-time regular employees earn paid time off at a rate of 13 hours a month. Paid time off can be used as vacation, sick, or personal time. It is a bank of yours that we trust you to manage on you own for your own needs.

Quest Diagnostics offers 100% reimbursement for college grades of C or better. We require all employees to have at least 3 days of training per year.
