IMSCORP, parent company of manufacturers Bison, SourceOne, and SignCoEDS

Founded by high school friends Elmer Wessel and Nick Cusick, IMSCORP has served its diverse industrial client base for over 35 years and continues to grow due in large part to the creativity of its employees and the entrepreneurial spirit of its owners.

Industrial Machine Specialties merged with Industrial Powder Coating in 2004 to form SourceOne, a custom manufacturer that also offers design services and tooling, DuPont "Star Coater" certified powder coating, as well as specialty machine build engineering.  SourceOne also manufactures a line of Outdoor Power Equipment, which includes the PLUGR cam-driven turf aerator.

Initially known in the industry as a basketball equipment supplier, Bison has added a full line of volleyball, tennis, and badminton equipment to its product lineup as well as goals for soccer, football, futsal, field hockey, and rugby.  Bison sells primarily through a network of over 1,000 U.S. sporting goods dealers but also exports worldwide.

SignCoEDS is a custom designer and fabricator of marketing and sponsorship signage for indoor and outdoor applications.  The company specializes in custom large-scale digital signs for facilities, arenas, and sports venues but also has the capacity to design monument-style signs for corporate and non-profit organizations.  SignCoEDS also offers professional art services and digital, full-color printing on vinyl up to 98" wide.
