Setup Operators (Assembly & Molding) 2nd, 3rd & 12-hr Evening Shifts $13.91 - $20.21 (+ shift differential) Due to expansion, Molex, a leading Fortune 500 manufacturer of electronic connectors has an immediate need for experienced personnel in our "state-of-the-art" facilities located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are currently accepting applications for Setup Operators in Assembly and Molding. Responsible for the set up and operation of machines and related equipment, meeting product quality, productivity goals, and performing quality evaluations. Requirements include having a high school diploma with excellent mechanical skills, 2 years of vocational college background or related experience in Molding, Stamping, Plating and/or Assembly, or related field required. Perform machine troubleshooting and changeovers for correct part versions. Must provide leadership role in the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes. Continuing education or training in technical applications is preferred. The ability to follow work instructions accurately. Demonstrated ability to lead/teach others in job related requirements and demonstrated good mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, general maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
