Full-time Retention Specialists The Lincoln Journal Star has immediate openings for full-time Retention Specialists for our inbound call center. Responsibilities include taking inbound circulation calls, data entry and covering the front counter. Ideal candidates should have excellent customer service skills and be self-motivated. Sales experience a plus. Schedules available: Saturday: 5am to 10am; Sunday: 5am to Noon, Monday through Wednesday: 7:30am to 5:30pm, Tue 8:30am to 5:30pm. Wednesday through Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday: 6am to 11am; Sunday: 6am to 1pm.
