Manager, Product Sales

MANAGER, PRODUCT SALES Two positions available in our sales division: one manager for life products and one manager for disability income products. Positions will manage the product strategy to increase sales of disability income and life products. Duties include: Develop detailed business plans; collaborate with regional sales managers on product positioning to achieve sales and profitability objectives; deliver product and marketing training; work with product development team to determine new product ideas and modifications; partner with marketing and competition desk to deliver differentiating sales strategies for regional sales managers and distributors. Position requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum six years disability income or life insurance experience; strong communications skills, ability to travel 30%-60%.
