Research and Statistical Analyst

Interested in making healthcare in Nebraska the nations best by using your analytical and statistical abilities? CIMRO of Nebraska, the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization in Nebraska, has a full-time position opening in our Lincoln office for a Research and Statistical Analyst who conducts assigned research activities associated with performance measurements in healthcare quality improvement activities, providing statistical analysis and report production of clinical and claims data across multiple settings including hospital, home health, nursing home, and physician office.

Requires: Masters degree in statistics or related quantitative or technical field (PhD degree or level of knowledge equivalent preferred); a minimum of three years of technical and statistical programming experience in healthcare or a related environment; expertise and proficient knowledge in SAS statistical software; high degree of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint.

Desired qualifications: knowledge and experience with quality improvement initiatives; excellent oral presentation and written communication skills, including technical writing; exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects; experience working in a team-based environment.
