What is a Resume?

A resume is a well-structured, easy-to-read presentation of your own skills, capabilities and accomplishments. Its purpose is to intrigue a prospective employer to the point where he or she invites you for an interview. If your resume is brief and clearly written, it makes you stand out. A good resume does more than just describe where you’ve been and what you’ve done, it helps to paint a picture of you. No resume alone will get you the job, however, it will help get you the interview.

We’re really in the collective idea-making business. It’s really as simple as that. Imagine an open environment where tons of cross-pollination takes place. Now, add the sense that anything is possible—where fresh thinking provides the main ingredient for engaging consumers through compelling storytelling. Where there’s a gravitational pull towards ideas that don’t interrupt peoples’ lives but become part of them. And convince consumers to then invite those brands into their lives. Imagine a group of people who love this business and can’t imagine doing anything else for a living.
