Customer Service Representative

Full-time Customer Service Representative The Lincoln Journal Star has an immediate full-time opening within our Advertising Customer Service Team. As part of this team, you will provide key support to our inside and outside sales teams. Responsibilities include answering the phone, handling customer requests, proof reading and emailing/faxing ads, completing contracts, ticketing ads, data entry and other miscellaneous tasks as needed. The right person should be detail-oriented, possess solid customer service skills and be able to complete projects with minimal supervision. Basic computer knowledge required, including experience with Outlook, Word and Excel; PowerPoint experience helpful.
