Patient Care Manager - Telemetry

Fremont Area Medical Center has an excellent opportunity for a Patient Care manager in our Telemetry Department!

This position will supervise; organize and direct the work of Nursing Units and programs; coordinate staff to assure effective nursing services are provided and quality standards met; develop and maintain an environment that supports the professional nurse and staff; works collaboratively with key leaders in the organization; be responsible for 24 hour operationof the unit(s) and ensure quality service to patients/families and Medical Staff.

Candidate must have degree in nursing or related healthcare field, Master degree preferred and acute nursing education experience; Current active NE RN license; Current clinical experience with 5 years nursing; 5-7 years management preferred.
