Founded in 1980, the MENTOR network is a national network of local human services providers offering an array of quality, community-based services to adults and children with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injury; to children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges; and to elders in need of home care. Nebraska MENTOR began providing services to developmentally disabled individuals in the Omaha area in April, 2006, and in the Lincoln area in November, 2006. We strive to provide high quality services in the areas of daily living skills, community integration and job development. We believe that individuals should have the opportunity to receive services and support in their own communities regardless of the complexity of their condition, severity of their disability, or changes of their behavior. Employment Opportunities Nebraska MENTOR continually seeks qualifies direct care staff to fill the positions of Life Skills Instructor and Lead Staff for the Lincoln and Omaha area. Candidates should be career minded, energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and like to have fun! All employees are required to attend extensive training.
