Lincoln Action Program (LAP) responds to community needs by providing families with opportunities to accomplish life changes. We work in partnership with motivated low-income families in Lancaster and Saunders counties to pursue our mission of increasing their quality of life and economic self-sufficiency.
In fulfilling this mission, we provide a broad array of health and human services focused on meeting basic needs, education and employment goals, and family development issues. Programming includes:
