Who we are INSPRO Insurance is one of the largest locally owned Independent Insurance Agencies in the Eastern part of Nebraska and Western Iowa. Our agency is employee owned resulting in a staff working hard to provide the best possible service to our clients. We have six locations; Columbus, Fremont, Omaha, Wahoo, West Point and Lincoln totalling 78 employees. With our vast availability of markets, we are able to provide a wide range of insurance as well as Fidelity and Surety bonding, Benefits and Financial Services. We attribute our success to teamwork and education. We place a strong emphasis on continued education for all employees. Our agency currently has nine employees with CIC designations and thirteen individuals with CIC and/or CISR designations. Being an "employee oriented" business, we feel we provide benefits normally only seen in companies of a much larger size. We provide life insurance for each employee in the amount of $30,000. We provide fully paid premiums for medical insurance for each employee. We provide Long Term Care insurance, Long Term Disability insurance, a Cafeteria Plan, 401(k) Plan with funds partially matched, an ESOP program, and vacation, sick and personal days. Compensation is based upon experience and expertise. We share our success with our employees who receive quarterly bonuses based upon our growth and profit.
