ABOUT CONTINUUM
Our organization was established in 1974 as Lincoln EAP. In January, 2000, Lincoln EAP changed its name to Continuum *Employee Assistance *Training *Consulting to better reflect its diverse scope of services and geographic growth. It's success continues to be based on the ability to tailor its services to meet the needs of companies of all sizes and industry sectors, the talent and experience of its staff, the
commitment to providing the highest quality of service,
and remaining responsive to the needs of the employers and employees which it serves. Continuum is recognized nationally as one of the best EAP's available and has been featured in such magazines as HR Magazine, Venture, Inc., Fortune, Nation's Business, Savvy, Business Insurance Review and most recently in Forbes.
Today, Continuum serves throughout Nebraska and across the country. In addition to the core EAP services that are delivered, demands for a variety of consulting and training services have increased. Workplace issues that did not exist or were not recognized as concerns, such as Drug Free Workplaces and drug testing, dependent care and workplace violence,
in the early days of EAP, are issues that companies now look to Continuum for help routinely. As workplaces continue to grow and change at an unprecedented rate, Continuum will continue to position itself to assist the companies it serves to meet those challenges.
