History
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is a design-build commercial construction company.
The company was started in 1985 in Lincoln, Nebraska by Pat and Mike
Ayars, and has grown from three employees to over 100 employees.
Gross annual sales has increased from $700,000 in 1986 to between 20 and 30 million.

Locally we have offices in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. This allows us to service a majority of the Midwest states.
On a national basis, Ayars & Ayars, Inc. has operated construction
projects in a variety of out of state locations such as Chicago,
New York, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Environment
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. promotes a casual, family oriented work environment.
We are an extremely fast-paced company that encourages autonomy and the
risk of innovation in its employees. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is a
company that likes to have a good time. We work hard and we play hard.
It is not unusual to walk into the office and find a big pot of chili
brewing in the kitchen or homemade cinnamon rolls baking in the oven.
It is also not that unusual to walk onto a jobsite and see a grill going
with hamburgers and hot-dogs with chips, potato salad and all the fixings.
Often for big concrete placements or for birthdays and anniversaries we
will have a "Barbecue in the field."
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is also active in the community. Some of the areas

Christmas Party
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. would like to share with you moments from our 11th
annual Christmas party. Christmas is a big event at Ayars & Ayars, Inc.
and in keeping with our family oriented environment, the Christmas party
was held again this year at the Lincoln Stars Hockey team arena called
"The Ice Box". All employees and their family were encouraged to attend
for fun, food, games and prizes. Events are arranged for all ages, and
the employees have opportunities to win such items as cars, boats,
electronic equipment, jewelry and cash.
Award Winning Team
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is an Award Winning company.
We have received the Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders
and Contractors of Nebraska. As well as numerous safty awards from the NE safty council, the Safty & Health Council of
greater Omaha and we have reached the Platinum level through the Associated Builders
and Contractors. Pictured below are some of our award

Our Diversification
Diversification is another strong point of Ayars & Ayars, Inc. There
are three types of diversification:
- Diversification in the workforce.
We have women and men of a wide range of ages and nationalities that make up our workforce.
- Diversification in the projects.
Diversification also plays a constant roll in the types of projects
we construct, from hockey rinks to churches. Project size ranges from small interior remodels to multi-million dollar manufacturing facilities.
- Diversification within the crews.
Employees are cross-trained in several scopes of work we self-
perform.

it brings out the best in our employees, on the job and in life.
Safety
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. takes the safety of their employees very seriously.
Safety is stressed from the first day of employment by an extensive new
hire and safety orientation. Our goal is that every employee works
without injury every day. To reach this goal, continuous safety training
is offered throughout the course of employment by Ayars & Ayars, Inc.
