Health Insurance
A comprehensive Health Insurance plan is offered to all full-time employees that have worked for Ayars & Ayars, Inc. for six months with Ayars & Ayars, Inc. paying a portion of the premiums.

Dental Insurance is available to full-time employees after 6 months of continuous employment with the employee paying the premium.

401(k) Retirement

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. offers all full time employees, after six months of employment, the opportunity to invest in a 401(k) program. The 401(k) program offers the following.

  • The direction in which the money is invested is decided by the employee.

Paid Vacation
Our company believes each family needs an opportunity for recreation and relaxation.

  • Ayars & Ayars, Inc. employees are provided with 40 to 120 hours of paid vacation leave.
  • How much an employee receives depends on how long the employee has worked for our company.
  • Ayars & Ayars, Inc. strongly encourages all employees to use their earned vacation and we encourage vacations even in the summer time.

Paid Holidays
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. provides six paid holidays a year for their employees. The following is a list of those holidays:

Tuition Reimbursement
Reimbursement is based on years of service. Requests and approval for Tuition Reimbursement is directed through the head of departments.
